Exceptional on all fronts. Starting with our host Nick Diaz. He patiently waited for two hours for us as our arrival time was delayed for a couple of reasons. During our introduction to the resort / suite he gave us a lot of tips about the area. Three pools and a hot tub ensure there was never an overcrowding issue at poolside or lounging area. A short 10 minute walk along the beach in either direction for very good dining opportunities. We utilized the Cabo Transit service and cabs to get into Cabo San Lucas or San Jose Del Cabo. (very affordable) To our surprise we were able watched surfers and whales from the poolside daily.

Nick was an amazing host he looked after my daughter and I , nothing was a problem Really enjoy sitting around pool and relaxing Location is fantastic Overall my stay was very pleasant

We stayed for nine days in early March (temperatures were 75 and sunny every day) and couldn't have stayed at a better property. There were maybe 15 to 20 people poolside each day - mostly retired snow birds. So our vacation was tranquil and very comfortable. There are two heated pools, a hot tub, a waterfall, and a fire ring. Everything on the property is impeccably landscaped and maintained, and everyone there was respectful and kind. The cleaning and security staff are great, and made sure everything is perfect 24/7. Nick (our landlord) responded immediately and provided everything we asked for. Unit 304 is a great condo with two balconies. The living room balcony looks out over the two surf breaks and you can watch surfers all day. The bedroom balcony looks out over Mykonos pools, loungers, tables, umbrella's, and of course the blue ocean. The condo is well furnished, and also has plenty of provisions, i.e., spices, oil, condiments, drinking water, sunscreen, shampoo, towels, fishing poles, snorkels, etc. More than you need for sure!
